    Question Mini Iron for Classes/Retreats

    Friends,

What brand of mini iron do you have that you love to take to retreat/classes?

    Thanks!

I have the same iron as PamelaOry and love it. I bought it while attending a Sewing Expo in Novi, MI (SE MI) several years ago.

I have the SteamFast mini also and love it! Walmart had it for around $12. Thinking of getting another one to leave at the cabin. One less thing to carry back and forth!

I have one very similar to that one (the Steamfast posted). Mine's the same one Angela Walters uses in her videos, which is where I saw it first. I like mine, too. I use it at home close to my sewing machine on a mini ironing board or on my little foam pressing board. Sweet.

I bought a little one from Target. My grandsons love it and want to iron something with my little iron. I also made the ironing caddy, a free pattern. It folds up like a purse with handles. It was so easy to make I made 3for the other quilting girls.

I have the conair compact travel iron and it works beautifully. Never put water in it and have had for about 8 years. I made a larger humbug bag with insulbrite lining so I can pack up even if it is still hot after a class, the cord hangs out the top where the zipper closes.

I have the Steam Fast and the Clover Wedge. I like them both. The Steam Fast at Walmart is not exactly like the Steam Fast sold at shops as it is less quality housing.
