    If you have an embroidery machine, I would go that route. If not, maybe you could find someone to do it for you.

    There are bible-verse fabrics out there you can buy. Is that an option , or do you have special ones you want to use?

    I've been having fun playing with my embroidery machine. I think I have 18 different verse designs. I'm making these a bit on the large size to fit a small table display I have (12x14) but have also done them quite a bit smaller.

    I have done labels and other quilt items on my embroidery machine. The software allows me to copy and paste and then just pick a font and stitch it out. Someone in your area has a machine and software I am sure. It is a pretty easy process, looks wonderful and lasts as long as the quilt. That would be my choice, even if you have to pay to have it done it shouldn't be very much.

    DesignsbyJuJu.com sells different fonts in a variety of sizes. You could machine embroider your Bible verses or you could print a Bible Verse using a word processing program and then trace the verse onto tissue paper. Use basting spray to hold the tissue in place and then hand embroider using pearl cotton in a variety of colors.

    I write special quotes on some of my quilts, using a pencil and my own handwriting and then using a very small back stitch to embroider the quote. It just seems more personal than using an embroidery machine.

    I would find a friend with an embroidery machine or an embroidery store that embroiders for people. Depending on how long a quote you would like to have. I hand embroidery but love the details of machine embroidery.
