I moved and the dealer of the brand of sewing machine that I had bought from my previous area refused to include me in her machine brand group that meets at her store

well i went to two dealers today, I am in love with Elna quilters dream 2, Brother NX450Q and the Brother QC 1000.

The Qc i would have to buy online, Found it for 1099, the nx450 is 650 at my dealer and the elna is alot more about 1200 but that would be cheaper to buy online also.

my hubby said i should buy then online, Save money on Taxes and such.

Please try to find a Brother dealer. The one that I went to sends their employees to a school and tests them so that they know their machines inside and out, all makes and models and their salespeople also should know the ins and outs, plus offer lessons on how to use the machine. I've been very pleased with my Brother.

If you have to drive 50 miles, it might be worth going to someone who gives good service and they may also be able to provide payment terms, etc. Don't go back to that one. I don't know about ebay nor trust someone selling a used machine, or new one. What happens if you have problems with it?
