The question was "How do I fix this." The answer is: with a knife. Cut the eggs in half the long way. Then use a teaspoon to "scoop" out the cooked half of egg. The outside probably won't be perfect, but should hang together. The only bad thing about this is: you will probably have little pieces of shell hanging on to the cut edges, so you need to remove them carefully.

Sprinkle some baking soda in the water with the eggs. Works for me.

don’t use very fresh eggs. I also add vinegar to my water. As soon as they boil, I turn off the heat, put a lid on the pot and wait 25 minutes. I peel under cold water. Works for me.

Lay them on their side, press down a bit and cut in half with a sharp knife. get under the membrane and the egg will lift right out

My daughter got this from a friend at work. Bring water to a boil, then gently put in eggs and boil 15 minutes. Take out and plunge in ice water. Let cool and crack and peel. We live at a high altitude so do 15 minutes. If you are at sea level, you might cook less. Works for me.

I have done as Feather3 but when the hot water is drained, put lid back on and shake to fracture the shells. Then add cold water to peel easily. If I need a lot of eggs I use the Instant Pot.

There is a "law" that, if the eggs are for egg salad, the shells will come off perfectly. If the deviled eggs are to go to something special, don't count on it! At least, that's the way it works at my house.

Fresh eggs are usually difficult to peel...I learned from a restaurant chef to add a few drops of olive oil to the water when boiling them...ta dah! It has worked each time I’ve tried it.

If you want to know if the eggs are done, take one out of the water and spin it on it's long side. If it spins, it's done.
Try this with a raw egg; it will not spin.

If you have an Instant pot use that for your eggs. They peel perfectly.
