Just so you know, I have decorative bed pillows that are bigger that this one. I personally think they look great on the queen sized bed with other pillows. Don't limit yourself if that is what you want. You can make your own pillow forms.

I do not think that is overly large for a pillow.

Decorative pillows vary in size.

Of course, if you do not want that as a pillow top, then on to Plan B.
