My morning ritual is to view the QB with the Round Robin as my favorite thread to view but now you gals have taken creativity to a whole different level - I just love the tattoo! Couldn't be any more perfect! My husband (who has his fair share of tattoos) said "honey, look, it even has (basting) stitches in the Quilt or Die ribbon". Lovely, just lovely!

Hi all, I'm still working away on Michelle's top, I've put it on point again and i'm adding my own design as I go along... There is still a lot to add yet, so the wee corner I'm showing still isn't finished as it has 3 more bits to add to complete the corner... I've added the little blocks which Reba passed onto me that she didn't use. I think these look great as they carry on the central theme. I've also had a go at 'thread paining' some flowers, inspired by Reba herself, which again carry on that certain style... and just had a jolly good time using artistic licence and doing my own thing. I hope you all aprove!

I thought I would just show you how it's progressing incase you classed me as MIA hahahahahaa...
One question though, when is this round (3) due to be posted as I'm struggling for clear days to work on it at the moment... (lot's of work and home life things going on this...) Thanks...

Yes he has an Instagram mike_wardell .

He let me have a lot of thoughts on the design as he put it together and I showed him colors I like and he ran with it. My 3rd tattoo for him but first traditional. I have always loved traditional. Definitely not my last.

i love the boot. I even showed it to Mike because we were talking quilting. He thought it was very creative.

Thanks. I am so happy with the way the tattoo turned out.

And I agree everyone working on these quilts are talented (I am trying to keep up.)

I've got a 4 day weekend for Easter, and plan on working on Suz's quilt. I've got ideas but have not pulled fabric yet, Should probably do that soon just in case I don't have what I want in my stash.
