Pet, seeing those corners on the latest photo really pulls together the center. It looks great. Hugs!

Reba - Mr Moose looks fabulous, how did you do the 3d leaves?

Pet - love, love, love the corners and the flying geese can't wait to see it finished.

my notifications are not working on my phone, sorry I didn't post sooner.
I've got all 4 sides done for Macybaby's quilt just trying to decide on the corners.

Got 3/4 flying geese borders together. Sunday is busy with naps and phone calls.

I use wonder under and fuse fabric to both sides, then I cut everything out and sew it down. Once in a while the wonder under doesn't completely fuse, I think that is probably "user error" in that I don't leave my iron on sufficiently long. You can re-fuse or add a couple of drops of fabric glue in that instance. The first time I saw it used was a lilac, the gal made little flowers that way, then sewed them down with tiny yellow seed pearls in the centers. It looked fantastic. Here is a photo, I'll see if I can post a close up tonight. Hugs!

Pet! This is amazing! I love how you're echoing the inner patterns and pullig our zinger colours here and there. It has great flow... Just wonderful!

I've had a productive day making flowers, birds & mini flowers for CarrieM's quilt top. Here is a little teaser to be getting a long with...

Carrie gets two sneak peaks today - here is a peak at what I've been working on for the round 2 top. I was planning turning the quilt and then repeating the inner borders. Then I got interested in the Dresden plate challenge and decided they would make a nice addition. I've never made them before and always thought they'd be really hard, but I'm finding them surprising simple (and very fun) to make.

I have not made the centers yet - wanted to wait and see what would look best once I figured out where they would go.
