I haven't been on here in about 10 years. I can't believe it's been so long. I always enjoyed the posts and learned so much. Hand quilting is my favorite thing to do but arthritis is making me do mostly machine quilting. It's so nice to be back among quilters. :-)

So glad to have you join us again. I used to think "if you can't do it on the sm, what good is it?" Then I discovered beading and hand quilting and they gave me other things to love about sewing. I still do most things on the machine. It's just another way of being creative and making something beautful.

So happy to see people coming back, which means I get to meet them for the first time.
Way back around Y2K I was busy in the internet quilting scene but all of my places were gone or so drastically changed to might as well be. I'm glad that this board is still here.
I'm in Seattle, grew up army brat/Alaska mostly. My husband is from Michigan and I am glad to report that there are no (so far as I know) quilting rivalries between us. I am, however, making a UM quilt for the hubby's aunt right now -- working title is Aunt Debbie Bleeds Blue.
