Is tired the same as sleepy? I don't tend to spend all my time at the machine, I'm up to press things or cut things out. I'm usually watching a show or tutorial to keep things interesting.

Totally agree! Listen to your body, if you are tired then either move or take a nap.

I get up and go to kitchen and drink water. And of course, it’s only a matter of time before I have to go to the bathroom. So, that accounts for several trips during a sewing session. Works for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

One Red Bull will keep me going for hours. I didn't know what it was that strong. I was up all night full of energy. I drink a half one mid morning if I need energy to get through the day or have to go somewhere boring.

If I get sleepy and it's after 11 pm, I go to bed. But if it's afternoon or early evening, I go for a brisk walk. Nothing like a 15-minute mile to get the blood oxygenated and flowing.
