sorry, I don’t know how to attach a picture. Keeps saying failed to upload!
Made sure their isn't a small piece of thread hung up somewhere under the feet dogs. I have had to pull several pieces of thread out over the years. A friend took hers to the dealer to get it cleaned only to fine a small thread near the feed dogs.

I have had this happen with my longarm and it usually is operator error. Yesterday I quilted a small quilt and was having problem with stitches and breakage once. Well I looked at the bobbin area cleaned it out looked at the way the machine was threaded and there it was thread was wrapped around thread guide so unthreaded and re thread my machine Good luck

You have lots of good suggestions. One time when I had a similar problem, it was because I was using the wrong bobbin. It cost me a lot to find that out! Worth checking and good luck.

OK, first let me say thank you to all of your great suggestions. I have changed the needle, taken the bobbin area apart and cleaned it really good (which it really needed), changed the thread (including the bobbin) but unfortunately that didn't solve my problem. It looks better but still not what it should be. So I guess it is time to take her in and get it looked at. Thank you all again!

is the bobbin in right? same with Needle. Mine- different brand- sew like . . . awful. . . if either are in backwards. Sometimes we are sure we're "right" until we read the book and oops . . . .
