Thank you for sharing, I also love making Trip around The world, but I still have tons of 2 1/2" squares. I have made several table runners out of them as well, still didn't make a dent.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm so glad someone resurrected it. I don't remember reading it before. What an amazing idea! Especially since I have a whole box of 2 1/2" squares!
