The OP hasn't been on QB for over two years. I went through some of her old posts (made lots of baby quilts) and it looks like it is her own design.

hi. So glad to be back! Covid, heart attacks, PAD, 7 stents, And my husband died, MSA… moved to Tipton, In near family. It’s been a trip! Thanks to God I am still around but just now getting g back to quilting
