Love them! I like to make baby quilts that will still be appealing when they grow older! This one is fabulous.

Beautiful baby! Great quilt! I've never tried using the minky back as the binding. Will have to try that next time, although I think between my husband and me, our children have stopped reproducing.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments!

I stitched in the ditch of every single seam which shows up well on the back side of the quilt. I chose straight quilting lines on the sport prints going horizontal, diagonal and vertical. I try not to put too much quilting designs on baby quilts to keep them softer. This was a fun quilt to make!

That is a great quilt! I've used pretty much all of those sports fabrics over the years for my own grandkids, but never in as well as you've showcased them. Don't you just love soft backing, too!

I wanted to let you know that the Berenstain Bears you commented on as Loving was a purchase from the Dollar Tree.
I was surprised when I saw them as my children grew up with their story books. Thanks for your kind words.

I could just pick up that quilt with that little sweetie in it and hold him tight. Very colorful quilt and he will have fun with those colors when he starts moving around.

How wise of you to make a quilt that will "grow up" with him. A cutie for sure!
