Yahoo mine says it was delivered also.
Rather frustrating morning. On Tuesdays I sew at the park next door. The quilts are either sold to raise money for batting or delivered to the nearby Mission. As rule I work with 100% cotton, these are all made from donated fabric and today I was sewing on percale and some kind of slippery knit. It wasn’t fun, the knit stretched and pulled. Never spent so much time ripping out.
Ibex how fun on baking cookies with the grandchildren. I usually drive into the city one afternoon to make cookies with our youngest granddaughter. The rest have all flown the coup.

I just checked my usps tracking number and mine has now left the distribution center in Kansas City. It should be here by tomorrow! Yay!!!
Yesterday I did my Thanksgiving meal shopping. I don't bake cookies for Thanksgiving (I pull out those stops for Christmas!) but Hubby loves my green bean casserole and my crockpot cranberry sauce made from fresh cranberries. I put my turkey in the fridge on Sunday night. Hopefully it's defrosted by Thursday.

Wooo hooo got mine today! Thank you everyone and especially excited to get Dear Jane templates from JaniceMcC. Thank you thank you thank you! I won’t be putting mine together for Christmas as my longarm quilter cannot handle any more quilts. Thank you everyone for making blocks :-) hugs!

Good morning, Squirrels. SBG, will resend your tracking number.
Hope everyone is looking forward to Thanksgiving. My preparations are well underway. Yesterday was baking three cheesecakes, two for friends. And cranberry sauce. I prefer homemade and it’s so easy. Today is prep for tomorrow. My son arrived yesterday from KS. What a thrill to hear his laugh in the house. He and his dad were goofy last night. So much fun.
Have a fine day.

Ladies I don’t bake cookies for Thanksgiving either. All my cookies will be made in the next couple weeks for Christmas.
We are off again to Mexico, hubby has to have stitches removed from his mouth. Then we will head to Brownsville to the shrimp outlet right on the gulf to bring back lots of frozen shrimp to Minnesota. Last stop will be at South Padre Island for lunch. We had planned on going to the beach but it’s way too windy. Getting sand blasted isn’t much fun.
Just going to look at my blocks now. I am so excited

So many plans and so little time. Do save time to enjoy the Thanksgiving time. I had breakfast with my daughter for her birthday yesterday and no invitation to join her family for the holiday.
So I sent a quick text to my niece and I will be joining my extending family for turkey, food, more food and lots of chatter. Michigan is supposed to get some snow tomorrow but I should be on my way home before it begins to pile up. I am driving about an hour away and know the roads well. There is a slim chance my Indiana daughter may be coming to join me, but she was just here early in November so wisdom and the opportunity to work the day after Thanksgiving are part of her decision making.
My grands are coming over on Friday to put up the tree and to decorate the house, make pizza and likely watch a holiday movie together. Dear son-in-law will be helping me with some tech problems while the grands are working on the tree. I lost access to some of the Microsoft features. This is his career and although he doesn't laugh at my incompetence, he does smile a lot at what I just don't understand. Another part of the generation gap showing. He is computers and I know enough to function well but lacking in confidence. Glad to have him close by.
Saturday is my quilt group's regular work day and I will be finishing up something so I can move on to the Boom Blocks. Fingers crossed for lots of progress.
Have a sweet and peaceful holiday everyone.

Just looked at saw that my package is hanging out in Phoenix so I won't receive until after Thanksgiving. I just put the turkey in oven. i decided since it will be only DH and myself this year (I can't recall when that happened before) I would cook today. Leftovers are my favorites so tomorrow I can have my turkey soup and turkey sandwich and watch the many parades on TV!
Enjoy your family and friends and food. We have so much to be thankful for.

My blocks are 'out for delivery' today! Can't wait to see them all in person. I am cooking today but will sneak in some time to iron my blocks once they arrive.
Hubby and I will have Thanksgiving alone, but I'm still cooking the whole feast. We love leftovers! I will get everything prepped today and then tomorrow can watch parades while the food cooks. I'm actually happy to be staying home for a quiet holiday. Hubby will most likely go out into the woods to see if he can get a deer. That's his holiday fun. Mine is staying in the warm house with parades on the TV.
Will see the grandkids at Christmas.
Hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday!
