Wishing you the best for your appointment today, Sewbiz! I hope it's something that physical therapy can fix and not a surgery!
SQOH, what a cute squirrel! I'm glad he came back and you were able to get a picture of him.
I've been putting my BH mystery quilt top together this morning. It might need a sunglasses warning but I love it! Hubby says it's a bit over stimulating, lol!

SewBiz - snip snip- oh if it were so easy to snip a few other areas! Glad it be great in the end.
NZ - how can anything be more busy than your household!! That is your life and it displays it perfectly.. I love scrappy.
Michelle Quilts - you make me laugh. I also go in drawer looking for just that one piece and next thing I know its memory lane!
Here are your two blocks. I took your suggestion and made a spider web. Half way through I didn't like it - but afterwards I loved the bats eyes looking out. And I used a churn dash to show off your little monsters. Hope it will play with your quilt.

Great spooky blocks, TG. Really love the spiderweb and would also like to know where the pattern came from....
Susie, I learned about the sweet potato when I was raising baby orphaned squirrels, years ago. Now if I have leftover sweet potato I throw it out back where the squirrels are. They eat some and then bury some pieces in their little stashes. They make stashes for the winter around the base of several trees. We watch all their antics from our kitchen, up above the back woods. Their nests are up high in the trees. Once, a few years ago, a covey of quail marched out of the woods and were scratching and pecking around, looking for something to eat. A couple went right to where the squirrel stash was and started scratching it apart. They didn't want the sweet potato bits that they dug up, so they kept moving on, the whole line of them. Meanwhile the squirrel came down the tree and was nervously going round and round it, worrying about it's stash being raided. After the quail had moved on, it came down to the ground and covered up all of it's treasures that had been so rudely exposed. HA! Animals are so funny.

Had time to make 3 blocks. Two for TG, had so much fun going through the fabrics that would work for I Spy blocks. Last block is cream and sugar for WMUT, sorry it looks so wrinkled. I didn’t dare use my iron that is on its last leg even with another piece of fabric over it. The block is Free Trade. New iron should be here tonight.
Haven’t even had the time to look at any posts this afternoon. Hoping to have some free time tomorrow afternoon.

The two blocks for Cheesehead are equally stunning.

Sewbizgirl thank you for this gorgeous block, framing the prettiest heart square.
I took a peek in the gallery and am excited to see all swappers already have atleast one or more blocks. Again this will be an amazing swap.

Good morning, Stars! What a gorgeous day we have already in GA. Supposed to be high 50s later.
NZQuilter, I love your Old Town. Such a wonderful variety of scraps! It’s exactly how I’d want mine to be if I were making it, which I’m not. Too many UFOs. Lately I’ve been making small wall hangings that I can switch out as I desire. I’m out of room for large quilts. Can’t wait to see yours finished. Please keep showing progress pics.
SusieQ, the squirrel is adorable. Such a joy to peek in on his life. Thanks for sharing the pic.
