Lovely blocks, Lstew! When you’ve measured and counted, send them to me at your convenience.

What pretty blocks, Lstew! Love them both.
Cheese, thanks for sharing the show quilts with us. They are outstanding!
I'll be "in" for the next Boom, unless something unforeseen comes up. I love making these blocks with you all!

Just checking in. The weather was severe for about an hour but my area has returned to wet and cloudy. Hope LogCabin is safe and sound too. The same storm passed through her area too. It looks like North Carolina got some rain also today. Yeah! I hope it was enough to put down some of the fires.

Good morning. Just a quick check in to say hello and then grab the latest four block pix to add to the gallery. My knee is aching up a storm this morning but it's moving and I can walk well. PT starts later this week. Oh, joy.

Have a good day!

MQ, love the blue and yellow you used with TG’s fabric. Great block! Glad you got a little sewing time in.

Janice hope your knee feels better as the day goes along. Glad to hear you had some rain.

Michelle lovely block for TG

Very hot here. Last night we finally took our gulf cart ride about 7 PM and it was still 91 but the humidity was down. I decided to take my walk early today and stepped out just as my sister was walking up to the house and we walked together. Still not up to my mile walk but only 2 more blocks left to achieve that goal. But when we get home no more Texas flat roads to be walking on, it’s all hills in our neighborhood and they are a real challenge for me.

Here is what I've been working on for my neighbor's 5 year old DD. It's 56x29 and I want it about 60x70. I'm thinking of adding rows of blocks top and bottom.

Janice - is it OK to send you the finished blocks at this point?
