Fall chickadees
Back in January 2001 I made myself a wallhanging with the pink border…as I was putting away Hallowe’en and not quite ready for penguins, I decided to use the same pattern as a base and make myself a fall chickadee wallhanging. I love it!….but also noticed that way back in 2001 and every year since, that I hang it…I never noticed I didn’t add the eye beads….I will do that before I put it in the closet for next year! 🤪

Love your chick's! Sometimes we love something so much that a tiny mistake just doesn't register in our minds. I made a fall Thimbleberries quilt (pumpkins, leaves) over 20 years ago and didn't notice until three years ago that one of the fall leaves is turned the wrong way.
