Default Easy if you follow the pattern

The HSTs are super simple. Just a colour strip on a background strip and sew the long edges. Cut your HST and press. (I used a strip cutter ruler but you can just use masking tape to mark you size.
Pattern says to pair up your jelly roll into two of the same fabric strips. This will make enough HSTs for one block. I - being me - used mostly single strips and tried to combine the same value/tone of the fabrics. If I make it again I will follow the pattern instructions for a faster quilt.

Pretty quilt, Suzzy. I see why your granddaughter loves it. I love purple too. Good thing, because my grandkids are Minnesota Vikings fans, and I had to make two purple quilts for them. The backings were bright purple Shannon Cuddle.
