Are you on Facebook or familiar with Groups.IO? There is a private group on each. All of the information about the event is there. Lisa White is the main host and manages these groups.If you need more info, let me know.
I will need to know if you are coming beforehand so I can bring the correct supplies.
Note: You always remove the head for transporting which reduces the weight considerably. Pack the head in a box. Just a thought. If you would like to bring just the head , that is an option and we can hopefully hook you up with someone to grease the pitman junction and put on a belt.
