Cams gram, lovely quilt. I have made her petals quilt myself a few times. Did you buy her templates? I have them and went through a spell of cutting scraps into petals. I have a bin with them neatly stacked in the various sizes. I did some decoupage on canvas this summer using up some of the petals. Did you applique around the edges? Yours has inspired me to make another one, maybe this summer.
I got three of my four quilts finished. I am about 3/4th the way quilted on the last one, then of course I will have add the binding. Hopefully will be done with it this week. Rainy weather predicted the next two days, so likely will spend time in my quilting space. Thank you Heather for yet another wonderful VQW, so glad we all got some projects done. A quick follow up from last VQW the baby blankets I was working on, I was able to finish some additional ones, I finished and donated 20 in all to the womens health office I work with for them to hand out to the new OB patients.

MicheleMN--are you asking about how the VQW works? If so, people just post on this thread what they work on over the weekend. Pictures are always welcome but not required! I generally start a thread each month, next month is April 17-19. Hope that answers your question

I did finish my February UFO from my VQW list. I started to layer the next UFO but decided that it looked unfinished and decided to add some borders.. So, it did not get finished this weekend. The colors are a bit bleached out on the photo but the inspector thought the quilting was acceptable.
