I hope to start on a small quilt and coordinating tote bag with a fish/ocean theme for a baby boy.

My friend loved her tortilla warmer! I am planning to make zipper pouches from the sandwiched scraps. My hardest decision is which fabric to use. I love them all.

Tonight I’m hoping to piece together a backing for a baby quilt destined for my step-sister’s first child, a little boy.

tomorrow I’m hoping to FMQ the quilt and get the binding on. Also have a bunch of washing and house work to do, but the baby shower is next weekend and I really want to be able to gift it at the shower.

At quilt retreat. Day One was successful, so on to Day Two. Finish square-in-a square blocks for a graduation quilt. Press and square up. Make a boat load of 4 patch square-in-a-square and then 5 or 6 pillowcases. That should keep me out of mischief for the weekend. That will do for me.

I always enjoyed her patterns, each Xmas I bring out my Penguin one, they always make me smile. Look forward to seeing your progress.

I host the guild zoom sit and stitch from 10-12 this morning, and then we will head out for some fresh air, it is beautiful out. I might piece a scrappy backing for my top that got finished yesterday. But also the May BOM is posted so might choose my fabric for that. Enjoy your day wherever you are, mine is just starting.

I'm adding borders to a donation quilt. I don't like borders that much on a quilt but the quilt needs to be bigger than first thought.

I'm working on some flying geese sets for a holiday quilt that was put aside last winter.

Today I am cutting. Lots of cutting. I saw a scrappy quilt on Quilting Daily for some dogs. Great way to use some of these pieces I have.
