I use them to hold binding in place but discovered one day that they were also good in a pinch as a temporary clip to hold chip bags closed (plus for other small packages) since I could not find a bag closure handy in my kitchen.

I don't use mine though I do have them, last time I put the binding on a quilt I went to my laundry room and got my clothes pins to put around the quilt. Worked so well I left them in my sewing room :) :) :)

I have a ton of them and love them but then I found something just as good, maybe even better. They were given out in little goody bags at a retreat I went to and the quiltshop owner said she got them from a dry cleaners. They are clear plastic, look like little short, fat bobby pins. Wish I knew where I could find a source for them.

CathyLynn brings up a good point. They are cheaper almost anywhere but an LQS.

Well, If anybody has any they don't need send them
my way, I have been using paper clips, and those get kinda
stuck sometimes.

I got a chuckle out of your comment. While not an English teacher, retired or otherwise, I can't let go and quit proofreading my posts. On similar note, it is just not in me to text like young folks do either. I remember diagramming sentences and thinking how much it was like doing a puzzle!

Don't you just love the feeling you get when you finish a quilt!! I am feeling very satisfied right now. And to top it off, I really like the quilt. I am one of those who just can't visualize the final quilt until it is done. I envy those of you who have "the vision."

I have some.
I LOVE them
I use them all the time.
I have never used anything else {on my bindings}.

Anyone have some they don't use or want, I'll take them. I never have enough at one time, and never remember to get some when I'm out & about.
You can PM me.
Thanxs
