I don't pay to watch because they're too expensive.

NO, NO, NO!!!!!
There are waaaaay to many free shows by professional quilters online for me to spend my senior dollars on these "pay shows"
Hey CRAFTYBEAR, O wise one with all the answers, are you here today? (silly question, of course you are)LOL I seem to be having a "senior moment", can you help our friend here with a few sites of freebie sites for quilt shows? I just watched a Billie Lauder show the other day, but for the life of me I remember where it is.
Search; "Online Quilting Shows, Free" maybe??

I don't pay because between online, and what I get on DISH -- PBS (we still have a bunch here), BYUTV (F&P) and RFDTV(EB) I get my TV fix. The online stuff is addicting, though and I pick up some wonderful techniques. I have been lurking her for a couple of years before I joined and got some good inspiration from all you good folks as well.

Till I pay for the fabrics etc. I don't have much money to pay to watch Quilt TV. If I want to learn something, I either take a course at Quilt Univ. or look it up on the Internet and teach myself. Frankly, I don't think pay TV on the Internet for quilting is all that interesting.

Quilters News Network, is the one I have watched most in the

past. They have a library where you may select videos on

different quilting subjects, by different teachers such as Fons and

Porter, Eleanor Burns etc. They also have a long arm program.

there shows are up-dated weekly. I feel QNNTV gives you the

most for your buck!

I video-taped all of Simply Quilts with Alex Anderson before she was cancelled a few years ago. Have all the shows cataloged and its one of the best resources I have when I want good visual instruction, in addition to free online shows and this site.
