I like pastels and 30's material if u know what that is. Check it out. The pastell roses in pinks, greens etc. are great too. Think they call it the cottage chicque, not sure. Love it though. Everyone is so helpful on here u will see. Can u post a pic of the pattern u r using, would b intersting to see ahead of time what u r making?
