Growing up my mom never made coffee or tea. She would occassionally drink the tea mix with sugar and lemon, and that is what I grew up drinking. I don't like coffee and never really aquired a taste for brewed tea.

Coffee - hot or room temp. Drink it all day & evening with no trouble sleeping. Love it. :-)

"Folgers" Coffee ....morning, noon and night.
Must be fresh and must be hot.
Two teaspoons of sugar... no cream for me.
Sleep like a baby.... relaxed as can be.

can't stand the smell of coffee it makes me gag so obviously I drink DIET PEPSI or Earl Gray with milk learned to drink it that way in England oh so good

coffee in the morning. Tea in the Afternoon (and just to clarify for you southern girls, lol... I'm talking Hot tea, as in, 'cuppa.'). Wine in the evenings. With lots of water in between.
