I've decided I don't know HOW to lose weight. I'm a diabetic and two of the pills the doctor gave me state that they can (the key word here) make you gain weight. I need help. I would like to slice off about 50 lbs. What is my first step?

Someone is there 30 or 31 day in Nov???????????? I guess I should start the new thread tomorrow.
Carrie I didn't forgot about the fabric from winning the game but I have lots of stuff that has to get mailed by next week so it will all go to the post office then.
30 days has Sept April June and Nov OK I answered my own question.
I hate starting a new thread and having to write the rules.blahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
