Anyone really dislikes to exercise as much as I do?

There are a few things I remind myself of when it comes to exercise:
1. If walking/cycling is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.
2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water and is fat.
3. A rabbit runs and hops around all day, and only lives 15 years.
4. A tortoise doesn't run, doesn’t hop, it does nothing .. yet lives for 450 years.
I think I'll pass.

Exercise? Pass.

I don't go to the gym but I have been walking 1/2 hour 5 days a week during my lunch break at work and it feels really good. Now I just have to make myself do the same on my 2 days off per week. :)

I hate exercising so much that when 2 weeks ago my Dr. told me I had to start walking I immediately went home, got my foot tangled in the bed sheet hanging on the floor and broke my toe!!! Now I can't wear a normal shoe much less walk!!! In 6 weeks when my toe is healed I wonder what I can find to do next to get me out of walking???

I'd give anything to be able to get down on the floor and do situps, pushups again or even an aerobic class would be fun! Do it while you still can!!!!!

No love it, helps me keep perspective, had last of 4 children at age 38 and decided to stick with almost daily workout, and not on any meds now 22 years later, grateful that I can do it. God is so good,
