Terrific job, and a great use of space. It's really very pretty. Doesn't it feel wonderful to go in there and be creative? You know right where everything is, and just looking at the fabric sparks a desire to create!

    Wonderful room :)

I would like to announce that the room is still clean and I am sewing!

Hmmm.... Canada is tempting, especially as we're in the midst of a heat wave.

You did a wonderful job! Thanks for sharing your ideas and sending the before and after pictures.

My sewing room looks just like your BEFORE photos. It's a catch-all right now.

I have a recycled one-way drapery rod over my closet door though to hang flannel sheets on as my design area--it can be opened easily to get into the closet.

    Thanks again for sharing

Thank you for the nice comments! RIght now it's pretty messy but I'm in the middle of about 4 projects. There'll be time to clean later (could be a good epitaph)

I love how you have organized your sewing room. Mines is not big enough. I have my cutting table in the living room and design wall and fabric in the quest bedroom.
