I haven't found a magazine that I'm willing to pay the price for, but I love to look at them. So, I go to our local library and look at the ones they get (Quilter's Newsletter and American Patchwork and Quilting.)

My favs are BHG AP&Q, Quilt and still like & use Quick Quilts a lot
Used to take Fons & Porter & McCalls but they are more advert. now than quilting
McCalls Q. is full of nothing but quilt cruise & tour ads - totally ridiculous !!

Quick Quilts. You can get them for $3.33 online but even better my local library carries it.

Better Homes and Gardens quilt magazines - I like the stories about 10 to 11 quilt stores all over the states and each one gives a quilt design.

Do you mean the quilt sampler magazine that comes out 4 times a year, I think?

Not sure if you can find them at Walmart, but you can check out the magazines at your local public library for free. ( Well, your tax dollars go to the library, so use it!) The library is a great source for free quilt books too.

I like Austrialian Patchwork and Quilting. The others we pass around at our guild.

I have a colection of all of them from many years ago and I just go back thru them periodically and find it feels like new patterns interest me this time!
