I never really liked or even considered making the pineapple block. Now I've reconsidered and want to try it. I love your quilt blocks. They look easy so am anxiously awaiting your tutorial. Thanks for taking the time to create one for us.

I can't wait for the tutorial! Love this quilt!! Scrap quilts are favorites of mine; they remind me of what so many antique/vintage quilts made by our great-grandmothers were like. They used what they had and made them into beautiful, useful, warm pieces of art! Thanks for sharing this.

I really love your quilt.  I always wanted to make a pineapple quilt. I even pulled out my pineapple books just late week. I guess you have inspired me to start mines.

Yes, we all have a gazillion scraps! Someone has asked already that I do a tute so I'll show 2 ways to do this block. I thought of another way for those who aren't confident with 'eyeballing' it so will be anxious to teach that too! Experienced or inexperienced, I'll show how to do it look lined up but with wonky corners. It's a stress-reliever for sure!

Thanks everyone for your really nice comments! Be on the lookout for my tute!

    ;-) ;)
Thank you!! I will be watching for it!! :-D
Me too! I am a permanent scrapaholic. :)
Scrap quilts are the BEST!!! I'm in it for life!!

    :-D :-D :-D

Thank you, madamekelly!! I loved it from the beginning. The 1st block was too little, the 2nd block was too big and I couldn't wait to get done with that one, but the 3rd block was just right!! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's copy of my quilt or their rendition! Hope you'll make one too! :-D :-D :-D

Thank you, Grandmama Pat!! Am so happy you will try it. It is very easy! I just wish I had the tut ready for everyone, but I've been fighting the flu. Waiting for the medicine to kick in, I'll have it ready by Fri for sure. I'm determined. I don't let sickness stop me. I live by faith! I'm anxious to see the effects when I finally sew it together. I just fell in love with the look of it and know all of you will be happy too with the results when you see your quilt finished!! Looking forward to pics one day!! Your very welcome for the tutorial!

    :-D :-D ;) ;)
