I tried some of the toning exercises yesterday using the band (red) and today I don't feel sore. Does that mean I didn't do enough? Just wondering if I should bump it up.

I don't do much with bands, but I would say before you change to a "harder" band...try looking at your form. Whatever exercises you are doing, do them purposefully. "Slowly" is a pretty good descriptor, but if you're doing squats, lets say, if you just let gravity drop your bum down instead of using your muscles to S-L-O-W-L-Y lower, it's different for what it does for your body, kwim?

You did it right when you use resistance bands the beauty of it is you don't get sore.

Ok, I started a new excerise program on thursday. squats, crunches and walking. I am trying to do this 2-3 times a day. Wish me luck. I am not good at journaling, but I will try to keep track. Unfortuneately no change since weigh in.
