What's the Most Unusual Item You've Ever Made?

"Spirit flag" for daughter's High School---they flew it the day after they won a sports event or other event. I also made beds for my dogs-----they were very inexpensive. I would go to the thrift store, buy a fluffy comforter in good shape, fold it in half, then half again and sew the edges together. They were great and cost pennies to make.

when i was in high school many years ago, ('75-77) they didn't have lingerie shops all over, so i made custom things for anyone who wanted to pay the price. and they did. i wanted to be a lingerie designer, never got that far, but did in high school. Used to be a casket embroider, and lined caskets also.

I don't know if you call it making it but altering it. My son in law is in the hospital with broken legs so I bought some shorts took the side seam out and added a strip material to the seam and added velcro so he could slip one leg in and wrap around his abdominal part and close.
