    I finally finished mine about 10 minutes ago after working on it since about 1:20pm...LOL and this is the result!

    Inside with pocket...

    Wow - your tote is just beautiful! Mine is still in the thinking stages at this point. No worries - it'll be finished in plenty of time! You've done a great job on yours.

    Ok someone PM me and thought maybe my handles are on wrong, and since this is my first tote, I'm not sure...LOL

    I made up this tote using a walmart tote and there handles were on outside of the tote but I didn't want them to cover up the embroidery design so I sorta sewed them in the binding. Is this wrong, I really think it looks nice the way it is, but I do want it to look right so I took a picture of all the handles up close, do they look wrong to you as well? LOL

    it looks fine to me.
    That is how I do it. I sew the handles between the two layers, atleast that is what it looks like you did.
    If it functions, is there really a right or wrong?

    I don't know...LOL but I sure don't want to take it apart, it might not go back together well...LOL :shock:
