I'd leave it. Trying to find that was like "Where's Waldo." It looks great!

I searched and searched, but until it was clearly pointed out, I just thought it was a variation in the design--done on purpose. Lovely quilt by the way.

Just don't tell her, wait a year and ask, if she ever noticed...

I suppose by now you have decided what to do, but it took me a deep study to find it!! An old lady I knew always said "it should be like that" when she made a mistake! You can use that phrase with confidence! LOL

I did not bother to find it, bc i really, truly believe it doesn't matter.
Since this mother doesn't quilt, she is not going to know what a 'block' is, so she won't know where one starts and another begins.
She will love it as is and never pick it apart. It looks like you did a wonderful job on a colorful quilt. It looks nice and inviting and shows you care. What else could anyone ask for.
Your taking it out is policing yourself. Prove what we all tell each other: it's fine the way it is. Let yourself enjoy it.
    I would

I am someone who would almost always say take it out and make it right, but this time, I don't think I would. It is really hard to find that mistake. It doesn't take anything away from your quilt. I say leave it.

Well, it will always niggle at you and when you have taken it out and put it the right way you will be so pleased you did.... it won't take long... no more then 20 minutes... so just do it...
