my brother is a big hunter and lives in Wyoming. he takes the month of October off so that he can go game hunting out there, antelope, elk, deer, and one time he even got a moose. the worse thing i ever ate was some sort of sausage made from one of the above game. I know it was not deer sausage, so it was one of the others listed. I gagged and had to recurgitate the whole mess. When I visit him, I make sure I've eaten before I go, and invite him out to dinner.

I'll go first....kolrabi. My mother made it years ago and I can still remember the taste and that it was foul (at least for me).
Beef liver fried. Still makes me gag.

wasn't that at all - it was some kind of cheese and I think I offended all and sundry for thinking it was dog poo.....
My dear grandparents use to buy Lidercrants cheese & some special type of beer & would have the cheese & crackers & the beer for Sat nite supper. My mother said it smelled like death.

I think that the worst thing that I ever ate was something called "shenks cup cheese". It is very Pennsylvania dutch. It is slimmy and people eat it on bread. So disgusting..it has a terrible strong odor.

leftover liver - at the time my husband and I were working for an elderly lady who was letting us stay in her "cabin" and that was what she offered to feed us for lunch one day.
