    I used to love a good red delicious but it seems that over the last 15-20 years or so they have lost a lot of their flavor. It is that or there are just many more flavorful apple out there that over shadow their taste. I still like a good golden delisious when I can find one that has the right color to it.

    Arkansas Black apples are my favorite followed by Winesap. Then anything crisp and crunchy.
