Why did you marry?

I married an angel almost 37 years ago..when I die, I'll probably go to hell becuase I've lived in heaven already. My wife and I married when I was 20 she was 19. we have two successful children and 4 fantastic grandchildren. I have almost died 4 times and God sent me back to her.

I loved him so much I married him twice! First time when I was 19. We had 2 kids and divorced 10 years later. Married again in 1988. We share the same values, political views and generally are on the same wave length. He's the most intelligent and respectful man I know.

HMMMMMMMM, honestly, because I was a stupid teenager, lol. Yes, didnt know what I wanted, and got divorced 12 years later. Now I have a great guy, but I really dont want to get "married". We are happy, works for us.

He's my best friend.
He's a part of me that I didn't know was missing until I found him.
He's perfect for me.
We started dating when I was 16 and he had just turned 18. We married 6 1/2 years later. And have been married almost 16 years.
We've had ups and down, but the constant is us. We take time to be us without kids.
It's been pretty wonderful.... :)

i married ex husband #1 because i was pregnant & that's what you did in 1979 in michigan... he was an abusive alcoholic who regularly knocked me around... 2 kids...
got divorced & several years later met & married #2..who was the classic peter pan when i kicked him out, he moved into his mommy's basement & lived there for 15 years.. 1 kid..
met # 3 when i applied for my current job.. he was the boss..i was wearing BOTH old wedding rings so i would never make that mistake again...
we started dating SECRETLY 6 weeks after we met, moved in together SECRETLY months later, married SECRETLY a year & 1/2 after that... 2 years later, estes (our employer) opened another terminal within driving distance, and dh told his boss @ that time that we were married & he would work @ the new terminal if it would be a problem... so there was a meeting in the home office w/president of co, vp of hr, district manager etc, and they decided since in the last 4 years there had been no complaints of favoritism or any other issue we could stay working together we were together 24/7 for years... until he was promoted to district manager...
he is the best gift god ever gave me & i am thankful for him every day... he makes me laugh, he is supportive of all my issues... (very abusive childhood) and has been a great father to my kids ... i can't imagine my life without him...
