    Oh, by the way......got the results for the quilt show. 5 quilts & 2 challenge blocks entered.....8 ribbons!!!

    Good job on the ribbons, Cindy.
    As to coming up with a pattern for the quilt, I can't make the blocks add up. I too thought of the "star within a star", but we'd need 24 blocks to surround the stars and we only have 20. So.... Judy, you have me good and stumped!

    My prediction for the finished top:

    on the diagonal

    HST's. Of bc and bd to finish secondary design on corners

    HST's of ae and be and a 4 1/2 inch e in each corner
