All safe and sound. Holy crap what horrible weather we've got goin on... Scary thought- this is the begining of the tornado season.. Really scary stuff. I'm grateful to have a basement and a cellar.. Hope all our members are safe and well.. Please stay out of harms way.. And don't take the watches and warnings lightly - just run and take cover!!

    Ok and backto the swap....
I've separated them in their perspective groups and I'll start swapping tonight, finish Friday and hope to mail out same day!! "I can do it!! I can do it!! I can do it!!! ". Yea gotta keep telling myself that.. Lol.

Hey Girl, you're only human! One step at a time, we'll get it when we get it. We're just glad you're still around!! Take a breather, eat some chocolate, take a deep breath, a tub soak and THEN start your engine!

I got notice that my sisters house got hit by a tornado, took a lot of the roof off and tore her trees out. She's got a large house near Douglas Dam in Dandridge near Severville TN. She seen it coming over the dam and hit her neighborhood then her house. Home alone her and the dogs made it to the basement. Golfball sized hail pounded her large windows but not breakage thank God! She and dogs are ok!! Things are hitting to close to home when it affects someone you love...even on here LUV. SO Glad all is safe!!

Now!! I ordered my material for the next two swaps! On the ball and WILL be early mailing out these next two times!! YIPPIE!! Doing the Snoopy Happy Dance here!! HA!

Momma K. So glad your sister and her furbabies are ok. Unfortunately many others aren't. Hope they can clean things up and get back to normal soon.

I rec'd the last package it got delayed no doubt to the horrible weather we have been having.. Due to weather related and lack of time on my end i need to put a hold the swap until I return.. Going to my moms to drop off my daughter then headed back this way, past my home, and on to St Louis.. Hubby's 96 yr old grandmother is going in for surgery and I don't want her to be alone.. I should be back in a week then Ill finish and send them out.. Sorry for another delay guys.. Ill get them out as soon as I can.. Seems like if its not one thing, its another.. I am truly sorry for this unexpected delay.. there goes my vacation    :x

BTW.. any good quilt shops I need to hit on my way home from St. Luis ??? That might be my upside to all this..

You take care of what you need to do. Picnic season is still a way off here, even though Memorial Day is upon us!

Take care of you and yours Linda, prayer for Grandmother will go up. We'll miss you this week but we'll be busy preparing for the next swaps I'm sure.
Take care and be safe! Love & Hugs

Take care of grandmother and yourself. Being the family member with the patient can be very tiring. No hurry with the swap. Be safe.
