Don't have any air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the livingroom, bedroom, and sewing room.

During the day, I can actually get by with 75-76, (it is very hot and humid here in NE FL). My son lives with me and he likes it about 71 or 70. Since he pays the bill not a problem. One could never survive here in Fl, without an excellent A/C system.

With outside temps running in the 100's, the thermostat is set at 79 (but ceiling fans in every room). We live in a 2,000 sq ft partially underground home and I LOVE my electric bills - average under $100.00 per month. <grin> lets me buy more fabric!

80 in the daytime, 78 at night. Recommend to anyone getting a new heating cooling system to convert to geothermal. We did that last spring and despite horrible high 90's temps our bill running about 125.00 tp 150.00 a month.
We have electric for everything and cook a lot.
