These are my charity projects. The quilt went the City of Hope and the placemats went to my daughters school. I really, really, really want some placemats like these for myself but I know I wouldn't want anyone to USE them!!!!

Wow Fryguy, those are super-fantastic, what a lucky charity, and the place mats are the bomb. Also, your block to kn are wonderful.
Letsquilt your blocks are great. Are you going to show us your collection so far? Love to see it.

Letsquilt--your blocks are all so pretty, you are going to have a very soft-looking quilt.
Fryguy--I am so sorry to hear that they still don't have an answer for your daughter's problem. My prayers are with you and yours, hopefully they will have some answers soon. I love the block you sent to KathyN, and that "Cat" quilt--can you say OMGosh beautiful!!! The other quilt--I absolutely love the fabrics and the black setting, could you please tell me the name of the flower block? The placemats are beautiful, but I'm with you I wouldn't want anyone to use them. The charity that you made these for is very lucky to get your beatiful work.
Wendsy--I agree I don't think that I have seen a block posted that wasn't fantastic--we are going to have some amazing quilts when this is done.
Goldendog--I love all the bears, moose, deer and wolf blocks that you are getting. Your sisters quilt is going to be awesome.
I am hoping to finish all the blocks that I have F8's for this weekend. I have 3 done waiting for the mail, am working on 1, and have 10 more to do. My whole weekend is free from now to the start of the race on Sunday so if I get off this computer and get to the sewing machine I should be in good shape.
