    Just gorgeous blocks, since your blocks have all green in them and then different reds, why not try a deep solid green? I would also try solid black. This isn't an easy decision after you get that far.
    Try the colors I mentioned and show us with them so we can see what happens.
    I made Dresden's in August and had the same problem. We used 16 blades in ours and I see you have 18 I think; if I counted correct. Very, Very, Beautiful. Great Christmas colors too.

    I love the gold for the contrast and makes the plates stand out more.

    how big is your blades and what size is the block when finished with that size blade?

    I like the red center as it shows the spokes as secondary pattern. The gold is nice also. If you choose you can alternate the blocks between red and gold. The green pattern just blends in to much.
