I hadn't seen this post last year. What a tremendous amount of work. I have rental units and also wonder how people can live the way they do.

Congratulations. Soon you will be hosting your own little retreats and having your sewing buddies over. What a blessing.

Congratulations on the house. It's coming along beautifully. The current sewing area looks like a dream area.

We have an Amish fire place (Adds in most papers in Fall) and we really like it. We were told that it heats only the air in a room and not furnishings. It works real good when used in one room. Sorry I didn`t see your sewing room.

Sounds nice. We bought a little standing gas heater that seemed to do the job last winter.
