I made the crib-sized one several years ago. It went together fairly fast, but it was longer then 6 hours! Maybe if you sewed straight thru for 6 hours you could get a little one done but I really doubt it.

What she doesn't tell you is that it is 3 people for six hours! :-)

    quilt for fun grandma G
My first quilt was made in a class when I had never used a rotory cutter. We made a Log Cabin. I made it in a single bed size in 5 hours. Top only, The teacher did not have us iron and I used 2- 1/2 inch wide strips. It was an Eleanor Burns pattern but we never read pattern the teacher just told us what to do and when. It was fun but you have to sew as fast as you can, It turned out great and I hand quilted it myself and put binding on by hand when I got home. I don't believe a full quilt totally done could even be done in a 24 hour day.

No way could I do that. It takes me 6 hours just to pick out the fabric! Another 6 if I change my mind.

These are two I haven't sold yet. So cute. You quilt as you go and both sides are identical. Kaye Woods teaches this class all over.
These are kids quilts but you can make them in any fabric combinations and if you want them bigger, you keep adding side to side, top to bottom until you have the size you like.

They also wash nicely. Since you are sewing the batting as you go with the fabric, it does not shift or bundle.
