I'm the minority! I have a hard time putting fabrics together! Usually rely on hubby or dd. Maybe cause I'm newbie??

I used to make bundles, but found I was buying duplicate fabrics because I would forget what I had bundled up. Now, I just keep a box with projects that I want to make someday.

I do. I like it and as long as you can afford to have blenders tied up I would just leave them. Part of enjoying quilting is not just the sewing or actual quilting but also planning.

Yes, I do that too. I think I want to make a particular pattern, pull fabrics for it, then set them aside and get less interested in that project. Eventually I might pull fabrics from that group for other projects.

This is what I certainly do and it helps too to keep cost down for me, otherwise I would just buy fabric for fabric sake. However, I do nearly all the time have a certain project in mind too which helps, but now and again I fall foul and buy on impulse lol

Absolutely. The top three shelves are divided coordinates. However, I am not strict...if I need one of these fabrics, I use it...if large enough leftovers, I put back!

Yep!! No book afterward....but after fabric lives here a while I discover who it becomes friends with, and they go out looking for more friends, and then, they get tied with a pretty ribbon, or put into a nice box and up on the shelf....sad, really...lol
