You have more patience than me, I would have had to walk a way for a while before I could have done it 7 times.

    More than 7, I guess.

But just do like I did with a Bow Tuck Bag. I put in the pockets upside down and never even noticed til it was all finished. Too late then. Just called them secret pockets and went on to the next.

I will continue until I get it right...I don't count or I might give up.

    I persevered.

My whole purpose was to *practice* new techniques. Paper piecing (I've only done one and it was not a complicated pattern), and a Lone Star. Oh yeah, and a mini. So to practice, I kept doing it until it was right. Thankfully I was using 20lb computer paper or I would NOT have had any paper left to keep piecing!

Good news. I've just finished the 2nd "arm" of the star. The 2nd time around was MUCH quicker. I only ripped one seam once!!

Only 3 because any more than that and the fabric seems to be destroyed. I just start over with new fabric or live with it the way it is.

I have a tolerance level of about 4...after that--especially if I have extra fabric...I trash it!

LOL, just the other day with a wall hanging, I was trying to get the binding on. 4-5 times to get it right! I was wondering if I hit a new world record but if I did, you just beat it!

mine's 3 unless it is near the end of putting a block together and the rest of the block looks good. then I'll give it just one more try. if it's still bad, I'll put it aside and start a new block. may or may not go back to the 'troubled' block.
