What an interesting bag and a job very well done. Your granddaughter is well on her way (smile). Thank you for sharing.

What a nice job she did! I like a bag with lots of compartments, and she chose a great combination of fabrics.

Great job...love the fabrics. Now...can I send this bag I have been working on like foreverand messing it up to her and she can finish it for me. LOL I have another handle to make and attach and then attach the lining and I'll be finished. I love the look of the bag but the instructions were not explained just right and I spent way too much time ripping out stitches. But since it's a gift...I HAD to do it right. If it was for myself...a few of the boo boos I could have lived with.

Tell your grand daughter that she did a great job. I have had that pattern for a while, but hadn't tackled it yet. Tell her that her success has encouraged me to try it too!

That's cute and her fabrics are pretty especially the duck inside. That's great she's taking an interest in sewing. Good job sewing/quilting. Sue

She did a great job. She obviously has had "someone" teaching her well!
