I'm in again for December. I want to take off at least another 5 pounds before the end of the year but it's going to be a tough month because of all the holiday baking. We love to make up gift trays for neighbors and friends and it's hard not to have some of everything ourselves. We won't be with family this year so the usual stress of the preparation for house guests, huge meals and constant snacking from the goodie table won't be an issue for us. The only challenge will be not getting depressed to the point where I eat everything in sight!

Good luck to everyone who is joining us this month.

Count me in, too -- I didn't lose anything in Nov so I really need the push in Dec. In March we have a rent on the beach in San Diego and I want to be able to look decent in a swin suit.

I lost the thread and now I've found it again. This new board is driving me nuts.
Glad to see ya'll here. Be sure and write down what you weigh today. By the end of the month you'll forget.
Must be sure and chat here at least once a week to get the FQ prize.

I will be back tonight to announce November winner.

I recorded my weight for December - 1 pound less that November. I will work to get 10 off before the 25th because it will be hard from then until the 31st - I love cookies, especially biscotti with coffee. I have lots of sewing to do, so hopefully that will help. Best wishes with everyone's efforts I know we will succeed.
