    I have Carpenter's stars on the brain - this would look kind of pretty with the traditional star and the modern geometrics around it.

    i agree. play, play, play. it is fun arranging the blocks different ways to get different designs. the options are endless.

    This is sooo much fun. And to think it all started with a bucket of strips. I should add that I've only begun to touch the strips I got at this sale -- there were two 55 gal bins of strips!

    But you'll have to wait to see the end result.

    By the way, getting tidy points on this little beauty is one big PITA!

    And I can't even begin to THINK about quilting it yet. Ugh!
