Love your Drunkard's Path. I'm working on a couple different projects all at once--tote bag (then put in a zipper), Bow Tuck (and add zipper), assemble a quilt top (rows are sewn, need to be pressed and then put together). These are all projects that need to be completed by next Sunday!

Finssihing the quilt I started with the preschool (threes and fours) on Friday. The day before each one colored a block of muslin. Then I brought in my sewing machine and each child got to "sew" a strip of fabrice to their square. I put the pedal on the table so each one got to press the pedal to sew. It was so much fun. Then I sewed them into strips and sewed the strips together. Their eyes got so big as the top grew and grew. One little boy stayed with me all day. He was so fascinated with the machine.

I will finish it today and send to the class. It is my daughter's class so now I have a job for life when they do their quilt unit.

It is so nice here for this time of year...51 degrees now....and should get a bit warmer...I am going to do some yard work I didn't get done yet this fall...take my dog for a walk...and then come in, watch the 2nd half of the Packer game, do some cleaning, finish laundry, and hope there is still a bit of time for sewing. Will keep working on the Christmas presents I am making.
